When you place an order, we collect your name, mobile number, and — for delivery orders — your delivery address and pinned location. If you pay via GCash, we collect the payment screenshot you upload to verify your transaction. We also keep a record of your order history (items, prices, order status) to help with support and order tracking.
2. How we use your information
We use this information to prepare and fulfill your order, contact you about order status or issues, calculate delivery fees, verify payment, and improve our menu and service. We don't use your information for anything beyond running the shop.
3. Who we share it with
Your delivery address and contact number are shared with our delivery riders (including third-party services like Grab Express) solely to complete your delivery. We don't sell your personal information to third parties, and we don't share it for marketing purposes without your consent.
4. Payment information
We don't store your GCash account credentials. Payment screenshots are used only to confirm your transaction and are kept as a record for accounting and dispute resolution.
5. Data retention
We keep order and customer records for as long as reasonably necessary for business, accounting, and legal purposes, after which they may be archived or deleted.
6. Your rights
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion where legally possible. Contact us through our Support page to make a request.
7. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please avoid sharing sensitive account details with us outside the app.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
