Official mechanics
- 1Customers will receive one (1) Scratch Card for every single receipt.
- 2Each Scratch Card contains a unique one-time voucher code and a corresponding prize.
- 3The prize may only be redeemed on the customer's next purchase.
- 4Voucher codes are valid for seven (7) days from the date of the qualifying purchase.
- 5Redemption is exclusive to orders placed through the laleliloo Web App.
- 6Enter the voucher code during checkout to automatically apply the corresponding prize or discount.
- 7Each voucher code is valid for one (1) redemption only and will be automatically deactivated after successful use.
- 8Only one (1) voucher code may be redeemed per transaction. Multiple voucher codes cannot be combined in a single order.
- 9Voucher codes cannot be combined with other voucher codes or promotions unless expressly allowed by laleliloo.
- 10Voucher codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, replaced, or converted to cash.
- 11Expired, invalid, duplicated, altered, or previously redeemed voucher codes will not be honored.
- 12laleliloo reserves the right to verify all voucher redemptions and to amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time in cases of fraud, abuse, or unforeseen circumstances.
